5110-00-526-8740 Emergency Survival knife, type MC-1 and now called type M-724, the primary blade is 3-3/4-inch made from hardened cutlery stainless steel, the secondary blade called the shroud cutter is manufactured using hardened cutlery stainless steel and is a non-puncture cutting blade. The primary blade is deployed by the push of a button and locks open, a slide lock can also be engaged, the shroud cutter is manual opening at 2-3/8-inch, the shroud cutter also known as the hook blade for quick cutting of 550 parachute shroud cord, seat belts, webbing, rope, clothing and other material without puncturing.
